As we navigate a maze of mangrove keys, expect Atlantic bottlenose dolphins, coastal birds — pelicans, egrets, herons, eagles, osprey, and roseate spoonbills. Occasionally we encounter manatees, sea turtles, spotted eagle rays, even bobcats and raccoons swimming between the mangrove keys.
